Formed by two local Nowra Chartered Accountants, Bruce and Frank in November 1999, Financial Dynamics Nowra are Chartered Accountants and business advisors with a team dedicated to advising clients on every aspect of their financial affairs, both personally and in their business.
A need was identified in Nowra and the greater Shoalhaven for a business services organisation that was more dynamic and proactive. Therefore, a team of highly motivated and dynamic professionals operating in a modern work environment – providing more than just a basic tax service was created. In 2004 Financial Dynamics was featured in the Chartered Accountants Magazine for the innovative thinking in business which is a hugh achievement for a Nowra accountants.
To continue the business growth and encourage a young dynamic future, Bruce and Frank sought further development by partnering with Darren Wearne, Shane Tagg and Julie Armistead throughout 2009 to 2016. Both Bruce and Frank retired from the business in 2018 and Darren, Shane & Julie intend on maintaining the core purpose and values of Financial Dynamics.

Financial Dynamics Nowra provides an environment in which our team members can succeed, by employing local people with local knowledge. Our team of diverse individuals have experience across a vast range of industries, specialisations and community organisations.
As a leading accounting and business advisory firm based in Nowra, we have been investing in the Shoalhaven by employing and training local students and helping businesses develop. We encourage the development and training of young people in Nowra and show continued interest and support in the future direction of the University of Wollongong Shoalhaven Campus. As part of this process we strive to maximise the professional skills of current Shoalhaven students and to reduce the depletion of intellectual resources to major cities. We also aim to increase student awareness in relation to accountancy careers by facilitating workshops focused on this subject.
